IT STARTED WITH A SIMPLE IDEA & OUR MISSION REMAINS THE SAME – PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY BIDET SPRAYERS THAT HELP IMPROVE LIVES
The Fresh Wand didn’t start with a formal business plan, an MBA from Harvard or the London School of Economics. In fact I had very little background in business. Rather than following the “traditional” model of starting a business, I just tried to apply common sense and research to figure things out as they came up. I’ve found that the best way of learning for me is by doing.
AND THEN I WOKE UP…
After launching The Fresh Wand in early 2010, things accelerated quickly. We started getting sales from all around the world which gave me even more buzz to get moving forward. Then things really took off, with word of mouth through good ‘ol coffee mornings with friends and family.
Then obviously our customers were doing a fantastic job of spreading The Fresh Wand word among their friends, family and colleagues. So a huge thanks must go out to everyone who has helped get us this far.

But yes, we are still very small, and a long way from where we want to get The Fresh Wand company. I feel it’s my duty to share the BENEFITS of bidet sprayer technology with as many people as possible. So I really feel very passionate about this invention, and this company. And the more people who know about the bidet sprayer the better. We are a growing community, and I hope you will join us and help even more people discover how awesome it feels to truly be “shower fresh clean” after every toilet visit.

Spreading The Fresh Wand Word…
So far we have not invested a ton of money into traditional paid advertising, we’ve relied on word-of-mouth from ‘the converted’ – the people who now know the bidet sprayer is the future of bathroom hygiene. Most of our customers so far have been female, although EVERYONE benefits from experiencing comfort and hygiene with every bathroom visit. But arguably females benefit more because we have two areas to keep hygienically clean.
Social media of course helps us reach all corners of the world with word-of-mouth ‘advertising’. But perhaps the best way of SPREADING THE FRESH WAND WORD is, and always will be ‘happy customers’ telling friends, family and colleagues over a steaming cup of latte, or a relaxing glass of Cabernet Sauvignon.
There surely is a long way to go for The Fresh Wand Company, because toilet paper is still sadly the choice of cleaning ourselves in so many corners of the world. But grit and determination, and lots more long nights have got us this far
